Equine Facility Management Consultant & Clinician

Whether your facility is in the planning stage or well-established and seeking a "Good Housekeeping" stamp  of approval for your operation, the JRAM Enterprises team can assist you with identifying, evaluating, and mitigating safety risks in your operation. Consultation is available for one-on-one, confidential and individualized assessments and in a clinic environment for those interested in certification and or accreditation.

Jill Montgomery, JRAM Enterprises CEO, is a Certified Horsemanship Association (CHA) certified Equine Facility Manager (Level 4 of 4) which recognizes competency qualifications as a general manager of a commercial equine operation of greater than 35 head and with five or more employees. She is also recognized as an Equine Facility Management Assistant Clinician.

If best management practices and procedures are a goal for your equine facility and staff, the CHA Equine Facility Management Clinic is the door to national recognition of your program. JRAM Enterprises can assist you in evaluating your facility’s readiness to host a clinic, assist in staffing and marketing the clinic for your facility.

Certification Clinics

Certification clinics may be held at commercial equine operations with more than 35 head that offer a diversity of functions to enable testing the program content through all four levels. Ideal host sites would include boarding/lesson/training operations, trail/dude operations, college facilities, competition centers, breeding farms, etc.

Clinic participants are evaluated on skills and knowledge by two CHA Certified Equine Facility Management Clinicians, in five areas:
  1. Safety
  2. Horse Handling
  3. Horse Husbandry
  4. Facilities and Equipment
  5. Professionalism
